Privacy policy

What DinoRyde collects

Nothing. The game declares no collected data types in its App Privacy report and does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. There is no advertising identifier, no analytics or crash-reporting SDK, and Unity's own analytics are switched off in the build.

What stays on your device

The game saves a few things locally so it remembers you between rides:

• Your recent rides (up to 200): distance, score, the dinosaur, how the ride ended, close calls and hops. Best scores come from these.
• Your settings: steering sensitivity, inverted tilt, drag steering, head bob, sound, haptics, and whether you have seen the tutorial.
• Which dinosaurs and colours you own (a copy of what Apple reports, so the game works offline), the colour each dinosaur wears and your last custom colour.

This lives in the game's own storage on your device. It never leaves the device, I cannot read it, and deleting the game deletes it.

Purchases

Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. I never see your name, card, billing address or Apple Account. The game only learns which products you own, so it can unlock them. A parental gate appears before every purchase.

Game Center

On iPhone and iPad, if you are signed in to Game Center, DinoRyde sends Apple your best score for the leaderboard and the achievements you unlock. That data is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. The game never reads your friends, profile or contacts. Game Center is optional, and the Mac version does not use it.

Network use

The game makes no network requests of its own. It has no servers, no backend and no remote configuration. The only traffic is Apple's: the App Store for purchases and Game Center when you are signed in.

Children

DinoRyde is made to be safe for kids. It collects nothing from anyone of any age, shows no ads, links nowhere outside the game, and puts a parental gate in front of every purchase. It is rated 4+ on the App Store.

Your rights

I hold no personal data of yours, so there is nothing to access, correct, export or delete. To erase everything the game stored, delete the app. To remove Game Center scores and achievements, use Game Center settings or contact Apple.

This website

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from anyone else. Your language choice is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device and is never sent anywhere.

Changes

If a future version ever changes what the game handles, this page is updated before that version ships, and the date at the top changes with it.
